it was indeed... from the top of the hill we could look down to zushi and the yokosuka usa naval base, and from the other side, enoshima and mt. fuji.
but the BEST part was there was a ZOO at the top, that never closes! they had all sorts of birds and a big cage of monkeys! it was too dark to show off the monkeys in pictures though.
